"Lets work together to create harmony and find balance, without being too serious about it!
Come fall out of poses with me!"
The quality of at home yoga is the same as going to a class in person. Melanie explains the poses so well that I don't have to always look at the screen. She does it with you and sees you and gives corrections when necessary. Yoga at home and with Mel feels like a safe community. I also like that I can use my own incense sticks or essential oils, and I can turn on my little space heater for an extra zen Savasana."
Student since June 2019
- "This is a great, none intimidating way to introduce yoga into my life through the comfortable surroundings of my house. With two small children it allows me to participate without needing to seek out child care and during these uncertain, unprecedented times it enables me to keep my family bubble."
Student since Dec 2019
